How to export trades from your broker

The trickiest exports are the ones with extra setup: exporting trades from Interactive Brokers needs a Flex Query with the right fields, NinjaTrader trade exports hide behind the Trade Performance tab, and cTrader CSV exports come from the History tab. Each guide has screenshots-free, step-by-step click paths.
- Export trades from TradovateIn Tradovate, open your username menu, go to Settings, choose Account Balance History, pick a date range and click Download CSV. Drop that file into TradeStack.
- Export trades from NinjaTraderOpen Control Center, go to the Trade Performance tab, select your account and date range, right-click the Trades grid and choose Export.
- Export trades from MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5In the Terminal (MT4) or Toolbox (MT5) History tab, right-click and choose Save as Report / Report > HTML or CSV, then drop the file into TradeStack.
- Export trades from TradingViewOpen the Strategy Tester or Trading Panel, go to the List of Trades / History tab, and use the export icon to download a CSV.
- Export trades from Interactive Brokers (IBKR)In Client Portal go to Performance & Reports, run an Activity Statement or a Trades Flex Query, and download it as CSV.
- Export trades from WebullIn the Webull desktop app open Account > History (Orders/Filled), set the date range and export to CSV.
- Export trades from TastytradeIn the Tastytrade desktop or web platform, open History, set the date range and click the download icon to export CSV.
- Export trades from TradeStationOpen the Accounts window, select Orders or Trades, right-click the grid and choose Export/Send to Excel, then save as CSV.
- Export trades from RithmicIn R Trader, open the Orders/Fills window, set the date range, right-click and export the grid to CSV.
- Export trades from cTraderOpen the History tab in cTrader, set the period, then use the export icon to save the statement as CSV or XLSX.
